Custom Spiral Bound Training Manual: How It's Printed and Cut

Most training manuals do not survive a year of daily use. Here is how we built one that will, for Gramercy Pilates, at Post Heritage. In this video, you will watch the pages of this Teacher Training Guide get printed on 80lb text paper, a heavier stock made to hold up to constant flipping, then cut down to a clean letter size. The finished guide is bound with a spiral ring coil, a 10-mil crystal-clear cover up front so the title page stays visible and protected, and a black leatherette cover on the back for a sturdy, professional finish.
