AMCA 2023 National Championship

On January 14-15, 2023, undergraduate moot court teams from across the country competed in the American Moot Court Association National Tournament, hosted by Louisiana State University, Paul M. The State of Olympus, Respondent ------------------------------------------------------------ Questions Presented: (1) Whether the warrantless use of a drone equipped with optical sensors violated the Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution. (2) Whether the sentence of life in prison with the possibility of parole only after the first fifty years for a non-homicide offense imposed on Petitioner violates the Eighth Amendment to the United States Constitution.
