A max melee damage build, with the perks: Retribution which increases your melee damage by 25% when your ranged weapon's magazine is empty. Melee Champion which increases melee damage by 15%. Melee Mastery which is 10% melee damage against Majoris. For the last perk, replace Thrill of the Fight with Grim Determination for another 15% weapon damage increase when ability is on cooldown. With all that you can acquire a 55% bonus melee damage with the 20 base damage Heroic Chainsword!
