Kyudo: Japanese Archery

Kyudo, the Japanese martial art of archery, is one of the coolest things I've seen in Japan! The Japanese long bow is the longest bow in the world, predates Japanese written history, and is fired while half shirtless. My friend, Yasu, showed me around his dojo and demonstrated some awesome Kyudo moves at the Hotaka Shrine, near Matsumoto, Japan.
