That night, her mother had gone out with some friends while her father stayed home to watch the kids. The next morning, she was gone. Lots of strange things occurred the night before, including at the bar with her mother and inside the home. In fact, the alarm went off twice but both times the van Dam's just thought it was an accident on their part. Unfortunately, they were very wrong and all of these tiny events led to one of the worst outcomes possible for their daughter. Two neighbors were missing that morning as well when investigators went to talk to them but did they have anything to do with it? Or was it the parents fault as some would say when their dirty laundry was exposed?
