This September 2026 Echo Black Voices: Power & Pathways session brings together Black worker leaders, organizers, and community members to name what’s happening right now, and to share real strategies for protections, jobs, and collective power. In this recording, we hear from United for Respect, a national advocacy and movement organization for retail and warehouse workers. United for Respect focuses on the expansion of AI in workplaces and shares what data is telling us regarding the integration. You also hear from SEIU California, a powerful labor organization that represents over 700,000 workers across the state.
