In this video, I'm talking about something that's been on my mind for a while: are we losing the art of community? We're constantly connected online, but connection isn't necessarily the same thing as community. I talk about friendship as an adult, loneliness, showing up for people, why building genuine relationships takes effort, what social media may be doing to the way we relate to one another, and why I think we need to relearn how to do life together. It's an honest conversation about friendship, community and the kind of relationships I don't want us to lose. If you've ever felt like: • you know many people but don't feel deeply known• maintaining adult friendships has become harder • people don't show up for one another like they used to • social media keeps us connected without making us close • you're craving genuine community this conversation is for you. I'd genuinely love to hear your perspective in the comments: Do you think we're losing our sense of community, or has the way we build community simply changed?
