Lakam Chiu's lawyer says court 'partially granted' motion to reduce P5.8-M bail | ABS-CBN News

The lawyer of businesswoman Lakambini "Lakam" Chiu said on Tuesday the court has "partially granted" their motion to reduce the P5.8 million bail and allowed the accused to post a cash bond, which would reduce the amount to about P2.9 million. The bail would be P5.6 million if posted through a surety bond. Nonetheless, Chiu was still unable to immediately post bail, as of Tuesday.
