Ninja Gaiden Black: PC Recomp Normal Playthrough (No Health Upgrades, No Ninpo)

Well, I certainly didn't see this coming! Despite a few minor issues, I am thrilled to finally have Ninja Gaiden Black on PC! I know there were emulators previously, but to my understanding they weren't great. I hope someone recompiles NG2 at some point. This was played on the xrevive recomp. I've since learned of NGBRecomp (https://github.com/gamboozino/ngbrecomp) which I believe is different and potentially better. Perhaps something to test later. Master Ninja playthrough? Please excuse any poor gameplay, I have not played NGB in a while and my controller is pretty busted. I kind of forgot how to fight a few bosses, in particular Spirit Doku, fiend Murai, and the second form of the Emperor when you can’t crutch ninpo to avoid the skulls. Spirit Doku kind of bodied me. I think I remember now that the flails are pretty good against him. There are ways to get pretty insane damage on him with gleaming blade but I couldn’t quite remember how when I was playing. RIP Tomonobu Itagaki.
