Wave Makers: Celebrating 20 Years of OISTAT Headquarters in Taiwan

In a rapidly changing global cultural landscape, those who navigate the currents and chart new paths across international waters are the Wave Makers. Theatre makers are among them. OISTAT, the International Organisation of Scenographers, Theatre Architects and Technicians, is the only international organisation to have relocated its headquarters to Taiwan. Over the past two decades, OISTAT Headquarters in Taiwan has helped strengthen Taiwan’s connections with the global theatre community, fostering international exchange and collaboration while raising Taiwan’s profile on the world stage.
