Combat Mission Cold War: Rumpenheim Rumpus - Soviet Amphibious Assault

Watch me try to move an entire Soviet Motorrifle batallion across the river Main, in order to capture the town of Rumpenheim, defended by the US Army under command of @Megalon Jones Slattery . This scenario is part of the Combat Mission Cold War base game and is set in 1981; five days after the cold war went hot. Megalon Jones and I played this as a mirrored match, meaning that we also had a game going of this same scenario where the roles were reversed. This video is part 1 of what will be a 2 part video AAR; in my next video we'll look at Megalon's assault and the rather desperate defense by the US Army under my command.
