The 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 is based on a flexible modular system with predefined components. The platform simplifies the design of a complete vision system that supports multiple cameras in a row for extra-large scan widths in high-resolution. It offers the possibility to create an "𝗮𝗹𝗹-𝗶𝗻-𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻" with 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘀 and 𝗟𝗘𝗗 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀 as well as 𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲𝘀, 𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝗰𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀 and a 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗮 𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 from a modular and scalable framework. The whole system contains the use of all Chromasens line scan camera families with line lengths from 4k to 15k. With our latest camera model 𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗣𝗜𝗫𝗔 𝗻𝗲𝗼, line rates up to 300 kHz (mono) are possible with a small installation space. To complete the system, the platform allows to combine all light types of the Chromasens LED Corona II series covering almost any kind of 𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗴𝗲𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗿𝘆 and light color, such as dark field, bright field, dome light, combined dome light, and coaxial lights.
