The Week Before a Calisthenics Competition

A raw look into the week leading up to my calisthenics competition. This trip was honestly one of the best experiences I've had. There were definitely some rollercoasters throughout the week, training, competing, travelling and everything else that came with it, but overall I had an amazing time. More than anything, I just love being able to travel, train and spend time with some of my closest friends. These are the weeks I'll probably look back on years from now and be grateful I filmed. This video is a little different, no crazy editing or trying to make everything perfect. Just around 50 minutes of raw training, conversations, good times and the reality of the week leading into competition. Hope you enjoy 🤝 More to come.
