Chicken Curry using Coconut milk
😍 Chicken Curry Recipe :👌
1 Kg Chicken
2 Onions Diced
Curry Leaves
Dried Red Chillies
Green Coriander
2 Tomatoes
1 Grated Coconut
4 Potatoes
1 Ltr, Pure Coconut milk
Pure Coconut Oil
4 spoon Coriander Seeds
2 spoon Cumin seeds
1 spoon Fenugreek seeds
1 spoon Black Pepper
3 small stick of Cinnamon
2 buds od cardamom
Preparation :
take 2 table spoon of coconut oil, fry the entire garam masala and red chillies for a minute and keep aside. Fry the onions, 8 to 10 buds of garlic add gratted coconut and Curry leaves with 1 spoon of Turmeric and heat it till 2 minutes and remove aside and let the masala to cool for few minutes. add all the masala and tamarind in the grinder add some water and grind it till a fine thick paste. add some oil add fry the diced onions till golden brown add tomatoes and curry leaves add all the chicken along with salt as per taste stir well and cover the lid and cook for 15 minutes on medium flame. Add the grinded masala along with the coconut milk slowly and stir well, cook for another few minutes and garnish it with freshly chopped coriander leaves, your Mangalorean Chicken curry is ready.
Neer Dosa : 1 bowl of Rice soak it for 2 hours and finely grind it to a thick paste add 500ml 0f water and stir well along with salt as per taste. Heat the pan brush with oil and pour the rice liquid and spread it all over the pan and let it cook for less than a minute, and your dosa is ready.
