Solo Nezarec with The Chaperone

This weapon is decent but why does it have 18 ammo, bastion has 21 AMMO why does this thing only have 18 with how fast it shoots? it makes 0 sense, makes this weapon completely pointless imo, it should at least have 27 ammo And the catalyst is also pretty depressing, could have made it all-star so it al least had a damage or rewind rounds. Does it "suck", well compared to bastion and threat level, yes. This was made because someone gave me the idea in the comments, if you have any ideas you want to see just let me know.
