Bilking a Biker

The plaintiff’s son had his bike stolen, and the plaintiff knows it was the defendant’s son who stole it. He found it for sale on Craigslist, and the seller said he got the bike from the defendant. They are suing the defendant for the price of the bike. The defendant claims her son is a nice quiet kid who was close with the plaintiff and would never steal a bike.
