SPANISH PROPERTY REFURB #2 | Oct 2024 | Purchased for 36,000 Euros

View the 36,00 Renovation Playlist    • What I bought in Spain for 36,000 Refurb   After purchasing my first property in Spain in 2017 as a holiday home, I then decided to sell up in UK and move permanently to Spain in order to apply for residency before the dreaded BREXIT! I purchased a second property at the coast and kept the village holiday home Eventually I realised that the coast wasn´t for me, and ran that property as a holiday let, sold the small village one and bought a slightly bigger property right next door to property no1 (I have JUST sold the coastal property, watch out for my new project). In the previous video (#1) I was working mostly on the garden. Now I’m changing the kitchen. This video shows you the preparation of this, including removing tiles, thought behind planning the kitchen layout and colour scheme. I will take you to the scrap yard and carpinters in Priego de Cordoba, purchasing a log burner, ordering and designing my new front door. I hope that the video will give you some inspiration and confidence in purchasing a property that may not be perfect but that has that special something that makes you buy it.
