I purchased a second property at the coast and kept the village holiday home. Eventually I realised that the coast wasn´t for me, I now run that property as a holiday let, sold the small village one and bought a slightly bigger property right next door to property no1. This video will show you recent progress on the property. I am currently working on the back / kitchen patio and hope to have new front door fitted very soon. I hope that the video will give you some inspiration and confidence in purchasing a property that may not be perfect but that has that special something that makes you buy it.
