I didn't want to make this video again

In today's I share the unfortunate news of my latest injury. A recent MRI revealed a stress fracture in my pubic bone, as well as stress reaction in my femur. Never an easy video to share but one i wanted to make to keep you all in the loop. I'm forever grateful for the support and hope in sharing both the highs and lows of the sport, I can continue to help overs going through a similar bumpy journey. I've been here before and will be back very soon and lets face it, there's nothing like a comeback after a setback.
