Most businesses have pieces of a funnel: a social post, a landing page, maybe an email or two. What they are missing is the architecture that connects those pieces and moves a prospect from first click to paying customer. During the holiday season, when traffic is high and buying windows are short, those gaps get expensive.
This intermediate class is for participants who already understand what a sales funnel is and are ready to look inside one. Takisha Bromell, CEO of GirlFriday Business Solutions, will walk through the complete structure of a revenue funnel using five questions every holiday campaign needs to answer:
1. What are you actually selling? Why one campaign, one offer, and one conversion goal create the clarity every other part of the funnel depends on.
2. Where does someone enter? How social media, email, QR codes, paid ads, referrals, events, and search each bring prospects into the funnel.
3. What happens after the click? The landing pages, forms, checkout, scheduling, and thank you pages that turn interest into action, and where many businesses discover their funnel has gaps.
4. What happens after they convert, or don't? How confirmations, CRM tagging, follow-up, reminders, abandoned checkout recovery, sales notifications, and nurture sequences keep leads moving and bring hesitant buyers back.
5. How do you know whether it worked? The core numbers to watch, including traffic, opt-ins, sales, conversion rate, and drop-off points.
Participants will leave with a clear blueprint they can use to build or refine their own funnel before holiday traffic arrives. Your instructor will also share practical AI prompts to speed up funnel planning and copywriting.
Ideal for: Business owners, nonprofit leaders, and teams who understand sales funnel basics and want a system in place before the busiest season of the year.
At the end of this workshop, you will know:
How to define a single offer and conversion goal that drives the entire funnel.
How to map entry points, conversion paths, and follow up into one connected customer journey.
What automation should happen after someone buys, and after someone doesn't.
Which metrics show whether a holiday funnel is working and where it's losing people.
