A Very Brief History of Choy Lee Fut

One of the things I noticed during my research for this video is that very few schools use more than 1 jong(wooden dummy). Though the system has 18-19, I was having a hard time finding anyone actively using them. The first 2 books are rare & I wasn't able to find a link to buy them.
