I wish you guys could smell these ♡ Brown Butter Snickerdoodles 1 and 1/2 cups (300g) sugar 1 cup + 2 tbsp (227g) cooled browned butter (salted or unsalted) 2 eggs 2 tsp vanilla extract 2 and 2/3 cups (320g) all-purpose flour 1 and 1/2 tsp cream of tartar 1 tbsp cornstarch 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt Cinnamon Sugar 1/4 cup (50g) sugar 1 tbsp cinnamon powder ♡ Bake at 350F (177C) for 12-14 minutes ♡ Bake 6 cookies at a time!
