A combination of cocoa powder and compound chocolate make this hot chocolate extra flavorful and delicious! Ready in minutes. . Hot Chocolate Ingredients: 1. Milk 1cup 2. Cinnamon stick 1 inch optional 3. Caster sugar 2tbsp 4. Cocoa powder 2tbsp 5. Compound chocolate or cooking chocolate 50gms 6. Thick cream 1-2tbsp 7. Milk powder 1-1/2tbsp 8. White chocolate for garnish . Method: 1. In a cooking pot add milk, cinnamon stick & caster sugar mix well and cook until it starts to boil. 2. Then add cocoa powder and mix, add cooking chocolate and mix well. 3. Then add thick cream and add milk powder and mix well until no lumps remains. 4. Remove cinnamon stick from hot chocolate and pour in cups, if needed add hot milk and garnish with white chocolate serve hot. DELICIOUS HOT CHOCOLATE is ready. .
