2026 09 08 Hobart Data Center Update

The City of Hobart will be the home of a new Data Center for Amazon. This controversial project has polarized the city, and surrounding towns, townships, and cities, due to the pro's and con's that come with a data center. Bird's Eye View Aerial Images plans to visit the site frequently during construction, catching aerial images and video to show the construction process to the people of Hobart and its surrounding communities. There was a lot to see this week. Parking lots, and potential generation station spots are forming, light poles went up near Colorado St., a new entrance off of 61st, and lots of workers on site. It was a busy day, and the Bird's Eye View Drones caught a lot of footage! Bird's Eye View is in no way indicating opinion in favor of nor against the construction of this project, nor is it associated with it. #hobart #indiana #datacenter #datacenters #birdeyeview #drone #dronevideo #construction #hobartdatacenter #amazon #amazondatacenter
