Intravenous 2 | [PC playthrough] ("Duality of Man" achievement, "True" difficulty)

Notes: This is version 1.3.13 of the game. You most likely have to get the "Best" ending for the achievement, so that's what I did. This achievement can be acquired on any difficulty. There is a lot of nothing happening during the Steve missions because enemies tend to not move from their spot, making them take a while to even locate. "True" is the hardest difficulty in the game. "Masochist", from the previous game, has been removed. The new "Throwback" difficulty is actually easier in most ways due to how it's meant to be played.
