When we first tested it, the bearing was extremely stiff with almost no spin-down. In this detailed service video, we remove the guards (dishwasher cleaned), carefully split the motor, clean the caked windings, apply varnish for protection, oil the bearings, clean and wax the cabinet and tan blades, and reassemble everything.
