Kawaii Metal

Bubblegum kawaii metal. The lyrics are borrowed and modified from a hair metal song I made them for. Lyrics: [Verse 1] High above the canyon of the violet clouds A lightning bolt descends to pierce the heavy shrouds With a crown of solar fire and a cape of woven white The Mistress of the fretboard is descending from the height The starless sky is breaking, the speakers start to moan She’s taking back the kingdom and she’s reclaiming her throne [Pre-Chorus] Can you feel the static rising? Can you see the heavens lean? The stadium is shaking To the anthem of the Kawaii Queen! [Chorus] Kawaii Metal, thunder in the sky Wings of silver, watch the spirits fly On a string of golden wire, she will bridge the great divide With a thousand volts of power and the universe inside Kawaii Metal! Kawaii Metal! [Verse 2] The congregation gathers with their hands held to the light Six strings of pure salvation screaming through the night With technical precision, it’s a storm of light and sound We’re lifting off the planet, yeah, no longer on the ground No more darkness in the music, no more silence in the mind Just the rhythm of the cosmos and a shredding kawaii grind [Pre-Chorus] Can you feel the static rising? Can you see the heavens lean? The stadium is shaking To the anthem of the Kawaii Queen! [Chorus] Kawaii Metal, thunder in the sky Wings of silver, watch the spirits fly On a string of golden wire, she will bridge the great divide With a thousand volts of power and the universe inside Kawaii Metal! Kawaii Metal! [Bridge] The sky is bleeding crimson The drums are beating loud A symphony of lightning Is ripping through the crowd! [Outro] Kawaii Metal! Rising higher! Kawaii Metal! Sacred fire! [Final high-pitched vocal scream] Yeah!
