How do you condense an amazing 6-hour hike into a short video? Well, it wasn’t easy! For over 10 miles we enjoyed stunning views, the perfect temperature and a cool breeze. We walked on trails lined with blooming manzanita and white ceanothus. We walked under old oaks and saw sugar sumac, oak moss, lichen, ferns, and cool wavy-leafed soap grass! After the short steep final ascent, we had the summit to ourselves as we refueled for the return hike.
