7 Days Later....What's Changed So Far

7 days ago, I decided to show up, press record, and figure things out along the way. I didn’t have a perfect plan, but I had a willingness to begin. And WOW, what a difference a week can make! In today’s video, I’m reflecting on the realizations, changes, and little moments of clarity that have come from these 7 days of showing up. From rethinking what it means to be well hosted to making room for possibility, joy, and change, this week has reminded me that sometimes you don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need to give yourself room to discover what’s possible. I’m celebrating the growth, the unexpected lessons, and the joy of simply allowing myself to be in the process. 7 days in and I’m already seeing things differently.
