😊 How are you feeling today?
You may already know how to say 我很好 or 我不好. But what can you say when you feel happy, sad, angry, afraid, worried, nervous, relaxed, or tired?
In this HSK 2–3 Chinese listening lesson, Zhang Yue and Li Yang have a natural conversation about feelings in everyday life. Through simple stories and familiar situations, you will hear practical ways to describe how you feel in Chinese.
🎯 This lesson is suitable for:
🔹 HSK 2–3 learners
🔹 Beginner and elementary Chinese learners
🔹 Learners who want to understand natural daily conversations
🔹 Anyone who wants to express feelings more clearly in Chinese
🧠 In this episode, you will hear:
🔹 How to say you feel happy or unhappy
🔹 The difference between 不开心 and 难过
🔹 How to express anger, fear, worry, and nervousness
🔹 How to talk about more than one feeling
🔹 Simple sentences you can use in daily conversations
💬 Useful sentence patterns:
🔹 我觉得很开心。
🔹 我有一点儿难过。
🔹 这件事让我觉得很生气。
🔹 我很开心,但是也有一点儿担心。
🔹 考试结束以后,我觉得很轻松。
💡 An important learning idea:
You do not always need to find the perfect word before you speak. Start with the simple Chinese words you already know.
If you have two different feelings, you can use two simple words. For example:
我有一点儿难过,也有一点儿生气。
我很开心,但是也有一点儿担心。
Speaking with simple words is better than staying silent while searching for the perfect expression.
🎯 Recommended practice:
First time: Listen to the complete conversation and understand the main situations.
Second time: Pay attention to the words used for different feelings.
Third time: Pause after useful sentences and repeat them with Zhang Yue and Li Yang.
Daily practice: Before going to bed, use two or three Chinese sentences to describe your day and your feelings. One minute of practice is enough.
💬 今天的两个问题:
第一个问题,李阳以前最喜欢的交通工具是什么?
第二个问题,张月考试结束以后觉得怎么样?
Please write your two answers in the comments. You can write only the answers or respond with complete Chinese sentences.
Choose three feeling words from today’s conversation and try to use them tonight. With a little daily practice, these words will gradually become part of your own Chinese.
