Before I tell you how that ended, we rewind to earlier in the day. We met up with Kayijuke, a local Rwandan I was connected with, and had lunch at a Nigerian spot in Kigali. My daughter also had her first experience using a public bathroom in a foreign country, and it's one she won't forget. 😅 After lunch, Kayijuke took us on a stroll around Zaria Court and BK Arena. Then we tried something new: walking back to our Airbnb instead of ordering a car. Day by day, we're learning how to move around this city. And yes, you'll find out what happened with the rice.
