Aspects of Hayling 2 - There must be something in the sea air

This programme is a companion piece to the previous programme, "Aspects of Hayling 1999". Filmed over 18 months, from early 2000 to the summer of 2001, it portrays many more aspects of life on the island. Originally released on VHS tape. Although a mere 10 square miles in area, Hayling Island has a wealth of subjects to explore. Some of those we have covered include; the Blue Flag beaches and sea life, history and legend, the island's development, old post cards, flora and fauna, Hayling churches the Paris Bike Ride, Countryside Rangers, WW2 and the watermen of Chichester harbour. Once more we are indebted to all the island people who generously gave the time and access, which made this programme possible.
