This Mountain BROKE Me on My Loaded Touring Bike

The road to Tennessee just got a whole lot steeper. In this episode of my bicycle tour, I ride through Rome, Georgia and continue north toward Tennessee before taking on one of the nastiest climbs I’ve faced so far — Doug Gap Mountain. I tried riding it. I suffered. I walked. I questioned my decisions. 😂 But eventually, me and the fully loaded Surly made it to the top. And then came the fun part: going back DOWN.
