After the defeat of the Beast, Conduits make a sudden reappearance, forcing the formation of a government entity known as the Department of Unified Protection, or D.U.P. When delinquent Delsin Rowe’s town is attacked by Brooke Augustine, head of the D.U.P, he and his brother Reggie travel to Seattle steal her powers and save the people Augustine has hurt. It’s not gonna be an easy task though. Delsin will have to free Seattle from the oppressive clutches of the D.U.P. First Light: Two years before the events of Second Son, a Conduit named Abigail “Fetch” Walker and her brother Brent are trying to sneak into Canada to flee the D.U.P, but after a job gone wrong, Fetch has to do what she can to get her brother back and retreat Seattle.
