Why Ukraine Sends Robots Into the Kill Zone

Robots are driving into Ukraine's kill zone to evacuate wounded soldiers, move supplies and deliver explosives. But drones, mines and lost signals can stop the machines too. Using published frontline footage and operators' accounts, Plain Record examines ground rescues, NC13's strike robots and the Gryphon air-drop tactic, before returning to a reported evacuation by drone. These are remotely operated systems, with people still at the controls. 00:00 When ground robots cannot get through 00:22 The kill zone 00:55 Seen from the sky 02:52 From rescue to attack 04:03 Gryphon: robots carried by drones 05:16 The airlift 06:11 People at the controls Sources and archive dates are credited on screen. #Ukraine #MilitaryRobots #DroneWarfare
