#TrieuChien #LivingInTheForest #GiantFriedPorkLegs Living in the forest means finding simple ways to keep building a life from the things around me. Early in the morning, I carry two giant pork legs along a mountain trail and bring them back to my forest farm. These pork legs are not from my farm. I bought them and brought them home to prepare, cook, and sell at the village market. First, I wash and boil the pork legs. While they are cooking, I take some time to care for the animals around my farm. After boiling, I let the pork legs dry before preparing a simple seasoning. Then I heat a large pan over a wood fire and slowly fry the pork legs until they become golden, crispy, and delicious. Before leaving for the village market, I sit down and enjoy a little of the freshly fried pork. I also share some with Mun and Milu, and prepare small pieces for the puppies. Then I take the giant fried pork legs to the village market to sell. After selling them, I use some of the money to buy materials for a new project at my forest farm. I bring everything back home and prepare for the next chapter of farm life. In the evening, I harvest fresh okra from my garden, cook a simple dinner, and spend some quiet time taking care of the puppies and the animals. From buying ingredients, cooking and selling at the village market, to investing back into my forest farm, every small step helps me slowly build the life I want in the mountains. Thank you for joining me for another peaceful day of cooking, farming, village life, and simple living. #ForestLife #VillageLife #RuralLife #FarmLife #SelfSufficientLiving #OffGridLife #VillageMarket #PorkLegs #OutdoorCooking
