बिजासन माता मंदिर, इंदरगढ़, राजस्थान - Bijasan Mata Temple

ManakTv. बिजासन माता का प्रसिद्ध मन्दिर बूँदी जिले के इन्द्रगढ़ दुर्गम पहाड़ी पर स्थित है। इन्द्रगढ़ तहसील मुख्यालय होने के साथ ही ऐतिहासिक महत्व का कस्बा है । कोटा दिल्ली रेलमार्ग पर इन्द्रगढ़ स्टेशन है, जहाँ से पश्चिम दिशा में लगभग 6- 7 की.मी. पर यह कस्बा बना है । बस द्वारा केशवराय पाटन से लाखेरी होकर इन्द्रगढ़ पहुँचा जा सकता है । इतिहास के अनुसार बूँदी के शासक राव शत्रुसाल के छोटे भाई राजा इन्द्रसाल ने 1605 ई. में अपने नाम पर इन्द्रगढ़ बनवाया तथा वहाँ पहाड़ी पर एक छोटा किन्तु सुदृढ़ और भव्य किला तथा महल बनवाये । इन्द्रगढ़ राजप्रासाद के भवन प्रमुखतः वहाँ का सुपारी महल और जनाने महल 17वीं 18वीं शताब्दी ई. के अत्यन्त सजीव और कलात्मक भित्तिचित्रों के रूप में कला की अनमोल धरोहर सँजोये हुए हैं । जनाना महल में कृष्ण की बाल्यवस्था के सुन्दर चित्र बने हैं . हाड़ौती अंचल में वे इन्द्रगढ़ देवी के नाम से भी प्रसिद्ध हैं । सुखी और समृद्ध वैवाहिक जीवन के लिए नवविवाहित दम्पत्ति को जात दिलवाने, पुत्रजन्म, बच्चों के चूड़ा करण (उपनयन) संस्कार तथा अन्य मांगलिक अवसरों पर जनसामान्य देवी के दर्शन कर उसका आशीर्वाद तथा मनोवांछित फल पाने देवी के दरबार में उपस्थित होते हैं । वैशाख शुक्ला पूर्णिमा विशेषकर आश्विन तथा चैत्र की नवरात्रा के अवसर पर तो हाड़ौती अंचल तथा राज्य के दूरस्थ इलाकों से लोग इन्द्रगढ़ देवी के दर्शनार्थ बड़ी संख्या में वहाँ आते हैं । ऊँची और कड़ी पहाड़ी पर स्थित बीजासणमाता के मन्दिर तक पहुँचने का मार्ग काफी कठिन और दुर्गम है । मन्दिर के भीतर चट्टान से स्वाभाविक रूप से निर्मित देवी की पाषाण प्रतिमा प्रतिष्ठापित है । Bijasan Mata- Indergarh - मिशन कुलदेवी, Bijasn Mata Temple is very famous temple in Rajasthan. This ancient temple was built as the popular opinion goes, 2000 years ago in Vikram Samvat 103 by Kamal Nath who was a great devotee of Goddess Durga. His unflinching devotion to the Goddess propitiated the Goddess and she appeared before him. This idol of Beejasan Mata (Mother Goddess Durga) seated on the demon Rakta Beeja. In Markendeya Puran, the great exploits of Goddess Durga are narrated which are now known as Shri Gurga Shaptasati. In the eighth chapter of Shri Durga Shaptasati we read the Chivalrous shape of Durga when she waged her fierce battle against the demon Rakta Beeja. This demon had been blessed with an extraordinary kind of boon. Every drop of his blood falling from his body on earth would turn into a Rakta Beeja of the equal power and equal prowess. The result was that there were millions of Rakta Beeja demons. Finally the Goddess decided not to let the blood of these demons fall on earth. She therefore, with burning torches either burnt the wounds or collected the falling blood in a bowl and drank it up. The goddess also took as many forms as the demon Rakta Beeja had. Thus the Goddess quelled and killed the demon Rakta Beeja and hence this name Beejasan was given to her.
