Blue Cheese salad dressing

1 1/2 cup of mayonnaise 1 1/2 cup of sour cream 1/2 cup of milk 1 Tbsp Worcester sauce 1 Tbsp of Granulated Garlic 1/2 Tbsp white pepper Strong Blue cheese wedge hand broken up In a large bowl, mix the mayonnaise and sour cream. Note any 50/50 amount will work for whatever amount of dressing you want to make. Mix well before adding milk to smooth the dressing consistency to a desired texture. Add the Worcester sauce, Granulated Garlic, and white pepper, and mix well. Last break up the Blue cheese and mix/smash well with a wisk. Leave in the refrigerator overnight for the flavors to come together well. Note Roquefort cheese can be used as well.
