Three-Phase Grid-Connected Solar PV and Battery System in MATLAB | MPPT & dq0 Control Simulation https://www.lmssolution.net.in/produc... 🧠 Description In this video, we demonstrate the modeling, control, and simulation of a three-phase grid-connected solar PV and battery system using MATLAB/Simulink. The system integrates a PV array, Incremental Conductance MPPT, a bidirectional DC–DC converter, and a three-phase inverter controlled with dq0 current regulation. Learn how PV generation, battery charging/discharging, and inverter synchronization maintain a stable 700 V DC bus and deliver sinusoidal grid current with THD below 2%, meeting IEEE 519 standards. This project is ideal for researchers, M.Tech/PhD students, and engineers focusing on renewable energy systems, microgrids, and hybrid control strategies. 🔑 Key Points Design of PV array: 15 modules in series × 2 parallel strings (~7.5 kW). Boost converter with Incremental Conductance MPPT. Bidirectional converter for battery charge/discharge management. DC bus voltage regulation at 700 V using PI control. Three-phase inverter synchronized with 400 V, 50 Hz grid. dq0 current control ensuring unity power factor (Iq = 0). Power flow logic between PV, battery, and grid. Performance tested under variable irradiance (1000 → 500 → 10 → 500 → 1000 W/m²). Battery SOC dynamics during charging/discharging cycles. THD less than 2%, confirming IEEE 519 compliance. Realistic scenarios: PV deficit, grid import, and surplus energy export. ⚙️ Model Specifications PV Capacity: 7.5 kW (250 W × 15 s × 2 p) Grid Voltage: 400 V (L–L), 50 Hz DC Bus Voltage: 700 V Battery: 35 Li-ion cells, 48 Ah, SOC = 50% MPPT Algorithm: Incremental Conductance Control Method: dq0 current control (PI based) Load: 2.5 kW DC + 2 kW AC THD: 0.29 – 1.98 % #MATLAB #Simulink #SolarPV #GridConnectedPV #RenewableEnergy #BatteryStorage #MPPT #IncrementalConductance #PowerElectronics #Microgrid #dq0Control #SolarEnergySystem #MATLABSimulation #CleanEnergy #EngineeringProjects ============================================================ Whatsapp: https://wa.me/917904458501 Whatsapp: https://wa.me/918838943991 Email Id: support@lmssolution.net https://www.lmssolution.net.in/contact
