Straightening a Henry J Crankshaft

Straightening a 1951 Henry J, 6 cylinder, crankshaft. No experience necessary! This is a new old stock crank and was bent about 0.0035". I suspect I could have had faster results by changing my impact point, but I have never attempted this before. I started with a good sized hammer and as you can see it got bigger. I was looking at my 8 pounder. The crank is probably less than 0.001" out now and probably suitable for service. Before you go, Please LIKE and SUBSCRIBE :)
