Let your thoughts go quiet, one by one. / Soothing Indian Flute Music for Deep Sleep & Calm

90 minutes of slow bansuri (Indian flute) and sarangi over a soft tanpura, for sleep. No drums, no vocals, no sharp sounds, only sustained notes and a soft drone. In this video: 16 pieces in 2 ragas (Raga Bageshri and Raga Yaman), about 44 minutes before they come round again. The pieces are matched in loudness and joined with slow crossfades, so the level stays even from the first minute to the last. Best for Falling asleep with the lights low Winding down in the hour before bed Quiet background for a bedroom Slow evening stretching Softening the sounds of a busy street at night How to use Set the volume just above silence and let it play through the night. The music stays level from start to end, so there is nothing to wake you. New music every evening at 6 pm New York time.
