Push. Pull. Up. Down. Left. Right. Everything has to happen VERY slowly and VERY precisely. The rigging team is controlling the load with taglines while I maintain constant communication with them from the SkyBox. We have to maneuver the steel clear without contacting the building, the base of the tower crane, equipment, or — most importantly — personnel. There’s no rushing a pick like this.
