While his motivation to dance once began to fade, he rediscovered his passion through a commitment to constant self-improvement and striving for more. This year, Karsten curated a piece centered on the courage it takes to reach your full potential. Blending a hip-hop foundation with the modern style he has developed over time, he challenges his dancers to push beyond their limits. Now driven not only by his own growth but by helping others grow, Karsten hopes to pass on the same passion and inspiration that his seniors once instilled in him.
