BNSF Golden Swoosh 7695 Leads CN A432 and Picks up IC OLS 6252

I had missed the Golden Swoosh the day before leading A431 northbound, so I asked my friend that caught it ‪@TrainManBrodie‬ if it would make a return trip south. Luckily, he said yes and it would be leading again. I got ready the next day and went out to Centralia to catch it. The light was very good, and the train was still a ways away so I ventured out to Kinmundy, IL to get it a little earlier while the lighting was good. The lighting was good when it got to Centralia as well, but I just wanted to be safe. After Kinmundy, I got it in Centralia and we went home. Early in the next morning around 12:30 am, I got a report from the heritage app of someone catching it with IC 6252, an IC Paint SD40-2, which also include OLS, Operation Life Saver Paint added onto it. This was about an hour north of Cairo, the closest and my go to spot for CN catches, that also includes lighting. I decided to get back out and catch it since those are 2 locomotives you don't really ever see together. Before it got there, I got a northbound grainer with an ex-CREX leader with a pretty cool crew. After that, about 30 minutes later the Southbound showed up and it stopped right in front of me. They had to let Amtrak 59 pass them. A few minutes after it stopped, 59 passed them and they started moving again. Thank you for watching and I hope you enjoyed! 8-16 and 17-2026.
