Selection is remembered per browser; the first connected account is the initial default. • Each account has its own settings, brand voice, campaigns, contacts and history. Profile, password, pipeline stages, tags and inbox-sync consent are shared across the login. • Add an account: create its Chrome profile → install the extension → sign in to GramFather → log in to Instagram → click Connect @handle. Allow up to a minute for it to appear. • Starter supports 1 account, Growth 2, Pro 5. Read the current plan page for other options. Reconnecting an already connected account uses no additional slot. • Cards show account type, profile counts, connection date, running browser, extension version, last seen, daily actions/DMs/follows/replies and total contacts. Daily counts use the account's automation time zone. • Automation defaults Off and is per account. Turning it Off stops automated Instagram writes; inbox-sync consent is separate. • Stop running in that browser releases its claim. Use Stop using here in the old browser to prevent it reclaiming the account. Use Run it here instead or Run @handle here in the destination extension. One browser runs each account; a 15-minute silent browser loses its claim. • Inbox sync defaults Off and covers every account on the login. Read the disclosure, tick consent, then Enable inbox sync. Turn off inbox sync stops new collection; in-flight requests may finish and saved data remains usable by enabled features. • Disconnect requires the exact username and permanently deletes that account's GramFather contacts, pipeline, campaigns, scheduled posts, DM/comment history and settings. Instagram itself remains intact. Reconnection does not restore deleted data. Troubleshooting: select the correct handle for missing data; open the correct Chrome profile for No browser; inspect Running/Standing by and last seen; hover Paused until for the reason; use Try again for unavailable daily counts; enable inbox sync for new DM reply detection. For a remote-release “Not available yet” message, use Stop using here in the active browser. Demonstration: actual interface with fictional accounts and activity in an isolated workspace.
