Running Tokyo Marathon 2026 After a Nightmare Training Cycle (Sub 3 Possible?!)

Tokyo Marathon 2026 was the final star in my 6 star journey. And I had a side quest. If I could run sub 3 hours I will have done that at all of the majors at the first attempt... there was just 1 issue.... I hadn't been able to train thanks to injury.
