Church Hurt Nearly Destroyed His Faith—Then Scripture Changed Everything

DESCRIPTION Religious trauma nearly drove him away from God. Reading Scripture from beginning to end changed everything. If you've struggled with church hurt, questioned your faith, or wondered whether God is different from the people who claim to represent Him, this testimony will challenge and encourage you. Mr. Whiskey is a U.S. Navy veteran, founder of Coppola Nukes, and creator of Radiating Faith Ministry. In this deeply personal conversation, he shares how childhood abuse, religious weaponization, military hardship, and overwhelming spiritual battles ultimately led him to discover the truth of God's character through His Word. IN THIS EPISODE • Why growing up with abuse and religious manipulation nearly convinced him to abandon God forever. • The terrifying encounter with his father that left him believing he might actually be the Antichrist—and the life-changing vision that shattered that lie. • How reading the Bible from Genesis to Revelation completely transformed his understanding of God's love, grace, and redemption. • Why church hurt should never become the reason you walk away from Christ—and how to separate God's character from human failure. • His mission today to reach veterans, former inmates, and people rebuilding their lives through faith, accountability, and biblical truth. This conversation is a reminder that your past does not define your future. No matter how broken your story may seem, redemption is still possible when truth replaces lies. ABOUT MR.
