In this lesson, we focus on Sections 2.2 and 2.3: Graphs and Properties of Functions. We will learn how to read and analyze function graphs and use them to understand important characteristics of a function. Students will practice identifying domain and range, intercepts, increasing and decreasing intervals, relative maximum and minimum values, and other important features of functions. We will connect equations and graphs and use graphical information to describe how a function behaves. These skills will provide an important foundation for analyzing more advanced functions throughout Honors Pre-Calculus.
