Transport Heritage Expo 2025

The Transport Heritage Expo is held annually in October during the New South Wales Labour Weekend holiday, with majority of the celebrations occurring at Central Station. It is one of the major heritage events to occur and often the excursions sell out well in advance. Along with the excursions there are also static exhibits and the opportunity for visitors to look through locomotive cabs. During the 2025 expo visitors could visit the cab of a recently commissioned Pacific National 94 class locomotive (9409) aswell as a recently overhauled XPT power car (2000).
