Last night you probably spent around two hours dreaming, and by morning almost all of it was gone. Tonight the Keeper lights the lantern and climbs to the Moon Wing, the upper floor of the Mind Palace where dreams are kept, to find out where they go. This is a calm, slow psychology story to fall asleep to. Twenty-four quiet rooms, each about one real piece of dream research: the brain chemistry of REM sleep, the cells that may help us forget, why some people remember dreams and others don't, black-and-white dreams, the dream-lag effect, lucid dreamers signalling from inside their dreams, and the scientist who found a Nobel Prize in a dream he nearly forgot. There is no music, only a soft fire. The screen fades to black near the end so you can drift off. The lantern is lit, and the moon is high.
